It’s not the stress that makes your hair grey

Times are changing and so does our lifestyles. Sometimes some things are been said so many times by our ancestors that we tend to believe them as real without having a curiosity of knowing the facts behind them.
There are common notions about greying of hair which seems to be a reality but actually are myths.

What are these myths?

1. Grey hair? You must be taking a lot of stress at your work place.
Stress definitely can lead to hair loss but there is no scientific evidence which proves that it

can lead to premature greying of hair.

2. So many grey hair? You must have plucked the very first grey hair. Why did you do that?

Excessive plucking may damage the hair follicle which in turn can lead to hair loss but specifically plucking that one grey hair will not give you a bunch of grey hair.

3. Grey hair? You look perfectly fine physically but you must be having poor gut health.

Two persons in a same house might be obtaining the same diet, same level of junk food but still can have grey har at different ages. It is generally influenced by genetics and many individual factors.

4. You dyed your hair at such a young age? Be ready for premature greying of hair child. Hair dying does not turn your hair grey. However be cautious about applying harsh chemicals and

heat on your hair which can contribute to damaging and thinning of hair.

So all the young hearted people reading this post can stop worrying and incorporate anti oxidants, vitamins and minerals in their diet. Have blueberries, nuts, strawberries whole grain such as quinoa and enjoy.
